How do I find and choose the right yacht charter for me?

When choosing the right boat many factors are important. We have at your disposal three motor yachts and two smaller speed boats. Visit our Charter Fleet page to see our available boats. You can then request a booking, or contact us, to fine tune your selection and receive yacht charters advice and any current special deals.

How do I book and pay for a yacht charter service?

To book with us you will need to send us an inquiry via one of our booking forms, existing on most pages of our website on the sidebar to the right, or you can go directly to our Contacts & Reservations page. Alternatively you can give us a call at (+351) 965 656 675 or (+351) 289 388 137. As for payments,
once the client is happy with what we offer and is ready to proceed with their booking, we only take payment upon agreement with the client to secure their reservation.

What is the cost of a crewed yacht charter?

The cost of your crewed yacht charter depends on a couple of different things. At Luxury Boats Algarve Champagne Cruises Vilamoura, our prices differ on time of day, being the Afternoon the busiest and more expensive. The length of time of your charter will of course, also determines cost. We can organize a charter of most lengths and our specialist service is free with no extra cost to you. In fact, with our negotiation experience, networks and industry knowledge we will likely save you money in addition to supplying you the best boat.

What are the payment terms for a charter?

A deposit of 50% of the total charter fee is required to secure your booking. This fee can be payed for in cash or by bank transfer or Credit Card (MasterCard or VISA) upon agreement. This confirms your booking. The remaining 50% is payable a few days prior or on the date of your cruise.

What does the charters price include?

Our Yacht Charters Price are fixed prices. Therefor, the price is the same whether you are 2 persons or up to 10. Also, for all our yacht charters, you have included in the price the fuel, two skippers and all your drinks (Champagne, Wine,
Beers, Soft-drinks and Waters).

What are the methods of payment?

You are able to pay for your boat in 3 ways – via direct deposit in the office, paypal or by credit card (Mastercard and Visa).

Is there a minimum charter duration?

It is possible to book short trips but there shouldn’t be less than two hours. We have a few schedule’s for busier times of the year: Full Day Cruise of 7 hours (From 10:00 to 17:00), a Half Day Cruise for 3 hours in the Morning or Afternoon (From 10:00 to 13:00 or 14:00 to 17:00) and a Sunset Cruise (From 17:30 to 19:30 or 20:30). Our charters run from Monday to Saturday. In any case, if you are looking for longer trips, you should get in touch and will need to book well in advance, especially if you require the rental of the yacht for several days.

What should I pack or bring to a Yacht Charter?

To help you pack, just imagine what it is that you are going to be doing while on your particular charter. Some of the time you may be swimming or sunbathing – other times you might be dining in a great seafood restaurant. The type of charter and location dictates what is advisable to bring. We can give you advice on what to pack for specific charters.

If you’re charter is just for a couple of hours, the depending on time of year your clothing should be apropriate, whether it is light summer clothing such as shorts, tops, skirts, sun hats or caps and sandals or a more “smart casual” look if you have booked a full day and will be having lunch at one of the private beahc restaurants along the Algarve Coastline.

Can I specify the food and wine to ber served on the Yacht Charter?

Every detail counts and we hope to provide you with an excellent service. Therefor, we ask you to get in touch with us a few days prior to your trip date, and describe the preferences and special requests. This service will have a fee, although we do not charge comission for these requests. This will enable us and the crew of your chosen yacht to ensure that everything possible is done to make your charter a fabulous experience.
